When I receive your order, my first step is to follow up with you and learn about your pet. The questions I ask help me learn all the wonderful details about your pet, your home/business decor, and your goals for the portrait. Once I receive your response, I add your pet to my queue and will be able to provide an estimated completion date.

Now is where the real fun begins. I work with you, your photos, your pet, your paper selections, your color preferences, and your feedback. As an artist, I bring my experience and style to guide you through the entire process.

After I have assembled the collage, I paint your pet to create an original piece of art with my trademark look and style. Before I ship, I send you a preview of my work for your final approval.

Once I receive your final approval, I hand wrap the canvas for protection during shipping. I also take care to indicate the fragile nature of the contents on the exterior of the packaging before I ship your order through an insured carrier. Shipping costs reflect the care I take in packaging as well as the costs shippers charge for the unusual package dimensions.
